Who publishes EQSIS Pulse. EQSIS Pulse is published by EQSIS Capital Market Research Firm (EQSIS), the trade name of Valarmurugan S, SEBI Registered Research Analyst, Registration No. INH200003000, BSE Enlistment No. 5183. Our registered office address and contact details are on the Mandatory Disclosure page, linked at the foot of every page.

What EQSIS Pulse is. EQSIS Pulse is market news, data and explanation, for information and education. It is general and does not consider your goals, your money or your needs. For now, apart from its daily editions and short factual items, it publishes only briefs and explainers: any analysis of how an event affects a named listed company is sent back until our compliance adviser has advised whether such analysis is research under SEBI's rules. EQSIS research on EQSIS Pulse is always labelled: it appears in a box marked EQSIS View, or on a page that says it carries EQSIS research. Nothing else on EQSIS Pulse gives a view on a share, a sector or an index as an investment, and nothing else is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

How to read an EQSIS View. EQSIS Pulse does not publish EQSIS Views at present. Before the first one, this page will explain each label.

Research disclosures. Every EQSIS View carries its own disclosures of interests, holdings and compensation, true at the time it was published.

Other business. EQSIS also offers paid research services and training courses. A link to an EQSIS course on EQSIS Pulse is a link to our own product.

Analysts' interests. Analysts who review for EQSIS Pulse record their holdings and other interests with us. An analyst cannot approve an EQSIS View on a company, sector or index in which they have declared an interest.

AI. EQSIS Pulse uses AI to plan, research, write and check its stories, including the words of each EQSIS View, and analysts review as set out on the AI use page. Valarmurugan S is responsible for everything EQSIS Pulse publishes, including the parts AI wrote.

Records. Each EQSIS View is kept as a research record for at least five years, with its data, its disclosures and the analyst's approval.

No guarantees. Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

Stay safe. Beware of unauthorised use of our name. We are a SEBI-registered research firm and do not offer account handling or PMS. EQSIS Pulse never asks for your password or bank details, and never phones you or messages you to ask for a code. You type an EQSIS Pulse sign-up code only on the EQSIS Pulse page where you asked for it, and you send a story code on WhatsApp only when you choose to. Never share your UPI PIN or any OTP with anyone, including someone who says they are from EQSIS.
