How it works
- You send your proposal and pick a time that suits the hours you keep.
- We confirm on WhatsApp and call you at that time. Have your samples or certificate details to hand.
- If it fits, we agree terms in writing before any work starts.
The call is by phone, at the time you pick. If you are in Chennai and would rather meet in person, say so on the call. There is no fee at any stage.
What we are open to right now
A short list on purpose. These are the areas where we genuinely have work for an outside contributor today.
Telecalling from home
Sales skill matters mostYou are good at selling on the phone, and you need to work from home — because of family, timing, or where you live. This is for you, and that includes homemakers coming back to work. You call people who have already asked about our courses or our research services, in the hours you told us you are free, from your own place.
What matters here
- Sales or telecalling experience — in any product. Selling a course or an education programme is a plus.
- Tamil and English, spoken with confidence.
- A quiet line and fixed hours — a few hours a day, or a few days a week. You propose them.
- Some understanding of the stock market helps. We teach the rest.
How it starts
Send a short proposal: what you have sold, the languages you work in, and the hours you can keep, and pick a time for a call when you send it — there is no need to travel. If it fits both sides, we agree the terms in writing and you start.
Coming from a full-time calling job? If you have three years or more of telecalling behind you and you would rather work from home on your own hours, apply here rather than for the full-time role.

Research recommendations
NISM Series-XV requiredIf you are genuinely good at calling the market — intraday, or any segment you can evidence — you can contribute research that we review and publish. Because we are a SEBI-registered research firm, this lane has a hard entry requirement and a defined process. There is no way around either.
- You must hold a valid NISM Series-XV certificate
Research Analyst certification, valid and current. This is the qualifying gate, not a preference.
- You propose the basis of your research
How you arrive at a view, and what would tell you that you were wrong. We check that it is in line with how this desk works.
- You share your research with EQSIS
It comes to us first, not to an audience.
- EQSIS decides how it is executed
We hold the rights over what is acted on and how. It is documented, and it may be republished.
- Commercial terms are agreed separately
Discussed once your method is approved, not before.
Before you write to us: have your NISM Series-XV certificate number ready, and a short description of the method behind your calls. Those two things are what we look at first.
Research recommendations — freelance
Company studies, on video
Research content in video form — take a listed company, study it properly, and present it so an ordinary investor understands what the business does and how it earns. If you can research and you are comfortable on camera, that is a rare combination and we want it.
Send a proposalWebinars & seminars
If you can hold a room — online or in person — and you believe you can add something real to our community, propose a session. Tell us the topic, who it is for, and why you are the person to run it.
Propose a sessionThe bounty programme
A contest, declared each season
Approved contributors are invited into a bounty contest. The prize depends on the season, the challenge and who takes part, and it is announced when the contest is declared — it is never guaranteed and never paid for taking part. You apply, the contest is declared, and the best-scoring contributor wins it.
What the score measures
- Accuracy — how the recommendations you gave actually turned out
- Volume — how many you delivered against what you committed to
- Risk to reward — what each call put at stake for what it stood to gain
- Quality of the report — whether the basis is stated clearly enough for someone else to follow it
Those are the main factors. The full scoring sheet is shared with every contributor once you are approved, so you always know how you are being measured — and we tell you your score whether you win or not. Open to approved contributors only.
What you get out of it
- Your work reaches a real, paying audience
- A track record built under a SEBI-registered Research Analyst
- A review of your method by a desk that does this daily
- Terms you proposed yourself
What we expect
- You deliver what you proposed, on the rhythm you proposed
- You state the basis for anything you recommend
- You disclose your own positions and any conflict
- You tell us early when you cannot deliver, not afterwards
Questions freelancers ask
Can I do telecalling for EQSIS from home?
Yes. If you have sold on the phone before — any product, and education or course sales especially — and you are confident in Tamil and English, you can work from your own place on hours you propose. Homemakers coming back to work are welcome. You do not need stock market knowledge to start; we teach that. Send a proposal and pick a time for a short call.
Can I contribute research recommendations to EQSIS as a freelancer?
Yes, if you hold a valid NISM Series-XV Research Analyst certificate. You then propose the basis on which you conduct your research; we check it is in line with how this desk works. Your research is shared with EQSIS first, EQSIS decides how it is executed, it is documented, and it may be republished. Commercial terms are agreed once your method is approved.
Is EQSIS freelance work from home?
Yes, where the work allows it. Remote calling, research contribution, company studies on video and webinars can all be done from your own place on agreed hours.
How many hours does freelance work with EQSIS need?
Two to five hours a day, or one solid commitment a week. What matters is that you deliver what you proposed on the rhythm you proposed.
Does EQSIS charge freelancers any fee to join?
No. There is no registration fee, deposit, security amount or refundable amount at any stage, for any kind of engagement with EQSIS.
