Enquiries, not cold calls

You speak with people who have already asked about our stock market courses or research services.

Listen, then suggest

You hear what each person is actually saying, then show them the course or service that fits them.

Follow-ups and visitors

You follow up on enquiries and welcome walk-in visitors. In-house sales, no field work, no script.

You speak both clearly and with ease, on the phone and with people who visit our office.

Pay and benefits

Pay starts from

₹25,000 a month

If you bring experience, your pay is matched to your productivity, your performance and the industry standard.

After the probation period, you are eligible for incentives.

Working days: Six days a week, full-time
Shifts: Mixed 8-hour shifts, 9 AM to 9 PM
Week off: One day off every week
Public holidays: You have the day off
Comp off: For work on a holiday or week off
Paid leave: One paid leave every month
Work from home: One day a month, if approved
Medical insurance: Cover provided by EQSIS

Experienced in sales and the market?

If you are very strong in sales and already understand the market, like why people trade, you can work from home on hours you choose, mostly 4 PM to 9 PM. We provide a laptop and phone. You need stable internet. See the work-from-home route.

Questions telecallers ask

Is it cold calling or a call centre?

No. You speak with people who have already asked about our courses or research services. It is in-house sales with no script, built on conversation, not on how many calls you make.

Do I need market knowledge?

No. The two must-haves are spoken English and Tamil, and confidence in sales. Market knowledge gives you a real advantage if you have it, and we teach the market side.

What is the starting pay?

From ₹25,000 a month. If you bring experience, pay is matched to your productivity, your performance and the industry standard. After probation, you are eligible for incentives.
