Stock analysis is necessary for trading. There are two types of analysis, one is fundamental analysis and the other is technical analysis.
Fundamental analysis requires more funds, more man power, enormous data which ordinary investors can not afford. Only bid people has the power to access the data to get the entire gamut of that company. So, it is not always easy to do fundamental analysis for ordinary persons.
But, technical analysis can be done by anybody. It mainly pertains to market’s price movements and demand – supply information. Data needed is only two years only. It is transparent and easy.
Although there are line charts, bar charts, the widely used for studying price movements is candle stick charts.
It is used in Japan for more than 100 years for trading and more reliable.
Market price tend to change because of the news, earning and analyst report on either direction.
People avoid penny stocks because of poor liquidity and greater failure percentage.
