Stock analysis

Stock analysis is basically of two types: 1. Fundamental analysis and 2. Technical analysis.
Fundamental analysis deals with the growth potential, earning potential, its book value, revenue, assets, liabilities etc. of the company. Technical analysis is based upon charts and statistical data to predict the trend. Fundamental analysis is used for stock investment and Technical analysis is used for stock trading. For trading, knowing the supply and demand is essential. There are three types of charts:
1. Line charts
2. Bar charts and
3. Candlestick charts.
