Like any other business, one can contribute his money to become an owner of the company by purchasing share, wherein he becomes one of the owner of the company with limited liability to the extent of share price he paid for, he gets right to vote in GM and entitle to receive Bonus/Dividend as and when company distribute the same. Once the company is listed in the Stock Exchange one can easily find buyer and sellers & exchange their transaction freely. In India we have two major stock markets namely NSE/BSE where most of the trade of takes place. These markets are regulated by regulated body called as SEBI, which ensure to protect the interest of investors and intermediates’ and hear and settle case in relation to securities.
