the stock price is driven mainly by a company’s financial behaviour.
there are 2 methods of analysis: fundamental and technical.
fundamental analysis requires knowledge of all of the company’s activities and private information. which is not available to common man.
technical analysis involves following the market and being able to understand graphs and identify patterns and invest accordingly. fundamental analysis is accurate but expensive while technical analysis is affordable but not as accurate.
it is not advisable to follow news for investing as it is old information. there are different types of charts like line, bar, candlesticks. used for long term, short term and daily representation of market activity.
