In case if you have quoted even higher price compared to current market to buy then also
you will get shares at current market price only ..
Because you get very first priority to buy that stock as you are willing to pay up to the price

As far As my knowledge is concern BSE & NSE both are Stock Exchanges
you can defiantly buy or sell from both the exchanges
But the stock which you have bought or sold from NSE has to be settled in same and
