What is the difference between Trading and Analysis?

Trading is the action performed after Analysis. Analysis is nothing but arriving at a logical expectation of the price movement of the stock by considering its past performance and trading is buying / selling of securities.

Analysis is to analyse and identify the stock to be taken for trading, the positioning to be places(Long, short) and defining the margin. It can be fundamental analysis(Analyzing various company parameters) or technical analysis(market analysis).

Trading is the action of  placing the buy/sell order in online trading system on the selected stock with required quantity.When this order meets the corresponding seller/buyer at market price, the order gets traded and the price becomes stock price.

Trading refers to purchase and sale of shares with out having perfect knowledge about them.

Analysis refers to perfect study about the position of shares which we are going to buy and its future expectation.Here the chance of loosing the money is less.
