    What is positional trading and Intraday trading?

    Positional Trading : If a stock is bought and hold for a week or few weeks and then sold to realize profit/loss.

    Intraday Trading : If a stock is bought and sold within the same trading day that is between 9.15 am to 3.30 am.

    In Positional trading,the time between buying and selling or Selling and buying of the stocks is more than one day.

    In Intraday trading, the buy/sell and sell/buy happens within one day.

    Positional trading refers to holding the shares for long time i.e,like investment.Here,the risk is very minimum for loosing.

    Intraday trading refers to purchase and sale of shares with in the  market day .Here,the chances for huge profit as well as for losses also more.It depends on the trading day sentiment.
