    No, the shareholder does not have the rights to ask for a refund or dividends. The company decides to give the dividends, purely depends upon the company’s decisions.

    no he cannot ask for refund . only directors of the company have  to decide dividends .

    1. No. A shareholder cannot ask for refund. It is only possible to trade shares in the Secondary Market.

    2. No. It is up to the Directors of a company to issue dividends to its shareholders.

    No. A share holder don’t have rights to ask refund and dividends, but he can transfer his shares to others.
