No the share holder does not have the right to ask for refund and dividends, CEO or the managing director can decide about distributing the dividends or use the profits for further investments

No share holder can sell or buy in exchange his shares but cant ask for refund or dividend
Shareholders doesn’t have the right to ask for refund/ dividends. It is the decision made by the company CEO alone.
