No , the shareholder doesn’t have any rights to ask for dividends or refund from the company.The only option the shareholder can refund the money is by transferring/selling the shares to other shareholders.

No, shareholder does not have the right to ask for refund/divdends. They can just trade/transfer shares.  Company can reinvest or share dividends based on performance at their discretion

Yes the shareholder has the right to ask for the refund ,but not from the company . He can get refund by selling his shares

in the stock market through Brokerage firms .

The share holder doesn’t have any right to ask for dividends from the company , it is the sole rights of the company to offer

the dividends to the share holders or not.
