Pro : Technical analysis can be be carried out easily when compared to fundamental, as the input like Price and Volume
of shares readily available.
Cons : Can predict the market only for short term and risk is slightly higher as so many sudden changes in the business

There are three types of charts mainly traders following for carrying out their analysis.
1. Line chart
2. Bar chart
3. Candle stick chart.

The average turnover in NSE market on daily basis will be around 3 – 5 lakh crore. General traders cannot manipulate the
stock price , which is completely regulated by SEBI .Inspite of SEBI regulations, there is a probability of price manipulation
by the stronger hands like FII’s .

Spot market means selling and buying of shares on the same day and settlement happens at the end of the trading hours.

In Option contract , the seller doesn’t have any rights and obligations except the premium payed by the buyer to the seller
through the exchange.
But in case of Future’s contract both the buyer and seller have rights and obligations.

Equity market is where the buying and selling of shares happens in the same day, with settlement happens after
the trading hours i.e 4.00 p.m , the trader can hold the stock for long position provided his demat account having
enough credit.

Futures contract is a deal mutually agreed and signed between both the buyer and seller and with rights to buy and rights
to sell with obligations for both the parties as per the market directions.

Call and Put Options are the rights to buy and sell to the buyer by the seller without any obligations , whereas the
seller doesn’t have any rights or obligations except the premium paid by the buyer to the seller for signing the contract.
The premium value is mutually decided by both buyer and sellers.

Derivative instruments are one type of trading strategy in the stock market where the traders can make trade by
getting into contracts between the buyer and sellers by only paying Caution deposit / premium for trading huge volume
of shares as lots.

A trader needs the futures , Call / Put Options as they need to pay only caution deposit / Premium for more number of shares
to trade , but with high risk and heavy returns methodology. But in spot market for the same number of shares we to invest
huge amount of money.

Pro : In equity market the settlement of the profit happens at the end of the trading hours.
Cons : 100% investment is needed if any trading has to happen in equity market , but in case
of Derivative market Caution deposit or Premium is enough to execute the trade.
