NO, The share holder doesn’t have the right to ask for refund. He can only transfer his shares at prevailing market price to existing buyers. The share holder has right to ask or receive dividend only when declared by company in its AGM.
Share Holders doesnot have the rights to ask for refund from the company. If they want to sell their shares, they can sell it through SECONDARY MARKETS (Stock Markets).
