    No Shareholder no rights to ask refund and he can’t ask for dividends. Whenever the company declare the dividends, it is eligible for him.

    Share holder can not ask refund and dividends. Only possible to exchange share one hand to other hand.

    Every shareholder has a right to enjoy the profits of the company but it is the company which decides whether to pay you dividends or not. If the company does not pay it retains the profits to reinvest which increases the value of shares. Thus you can buy/sell shares in order to make profits.

    Shareholders can transfer the shares to others to get refund of the invested amount. It is the company decision to give the dividends or not.

    Share holder has no rights to ask refund from the Company once shares are alloted through IPO , you can sell it in Secondary market  (NSE/BSE).

     

    Share holders have no rights to claim dividend from the company, it is management decission to declare dividend or not  based on profits earned during the financial year after the approval of their  Board members
