Broker is highly responsible for the counterparty risk.
Exchange collects cause and deposit from the broker in case of settlement problem amount is deducted from that.
Broker is said to deal with the buyer/seller for settlement issues.

Positional trading – Trading which happens more than a day , holding a stock for more than a day .
Intraday trading – Trading which happens within a day .

- There are 2 types of order BUY order and SELL order .
- Through online portal with the help of DMAT account order can be placed.
- Depending upon the order the validity varies as for the intraday it is valid till 3.30pm, option/future contract it depends on the validity mentioned in the contract.

Yes we can buy a stock from bse and sell it in nse.
But it cannot be a intra day trade and both the company should be listed in the exchange.

Long position- Buy order is placed and sell the stock when the price goes up.
Long unwinding- Selling a long position stock when the expected high price is said to meet.
Short position- Sell order is placed and the stock is bought back when the price goes down.
Short covering- Buying back a short position stock when expected low price is said to meet.

Business – Return is high when compared to the risk.

when high price is quoted to buy a stock ,it automatically goes top of the buyer’s queue and the stock will be traded immediately.
