If you buy a stock with higher than the current market price, you are order will be executed as seller will be there to sell the stock at high price.

Positional trading – Buy today and sell next day or few days later when target meets.
Intraday trading – Buy/Sell today and close the trade the same day itself

When buyer agreed to pay what seller quotes then trade will happen
Broker is the intermediate between Trader and exchange
Exchange is like a market where trade will happen
SEBI controls and regulate the trading practices in India

Share Holder – Who is having the shares of the company
Promoters – are the one who initiated the company. They are the primary owners of the company.
Directors – who runs the company who have been paid as the form of salaries. In most cases they also have major percentage of shares of the company.

Primary Market – where the share of the company issued to public on the basis of allotment who ever subscribed to that in their IPO.
Secondary Market – Shares can be purchased from the person who is having the shares of the company already. The same way for selling the shares.

No. Shareholder cannot ask for refund. Since they are part of the business and profit and loss is associated with them. Dividends is also decided by the management and hence it cannot be asked
