Pros-lot of oppurtunity to invest,high liquidity,better returns,faster rotation of capital,preffered more than FD,RD,PPF
Cons-volatility,equity as investment may be time consuming ,without knowledge and discipline will become a gamble

yes it is possible if you have shares in your DEMAT acc…limitation is it cannot be a intratrade as the process of closing a exchange contract is 2 days in NSE

Buyer and seller decide the stock price ….but during IPO the price is decided based on projected growth in the field and Strong demand for the company will give higher price

When A has 10 shares who wants to sell and B wants to buy 10 shares Ā it happens through a broker .SEBI will audit if the contract of selling and buying has happened as per the regulations.

SEBI collects caution deposit from the broker so that A and B become less liable when executing the contract it is Brokers who are liable when A defaults or B defaults the contract

Long position-when the stock price is subjected to go up you take position of long
Short position- when the stock price is expected to come down in the same day you take the position of short
