A trade plan is a plan made based on business data study on Risk/returns. Without a trade plan & study, it would be gambling.

Sellers insufficient fund to buy shares – Exchange would take the money from the Brokers deposit and settle the seller. It would be the responsibility of the broker to collect the funds from the buyer

Stock market has been designed to enable both buyers and sellers with different assessment/point of views of the companies to meet to buy & sell their shares transparently. This enabled their buy/sell prices to be visible to the market thereby bringing in price stability
This would not be possible if there was no market.

Share holders cannot ask for re-fund as they are owners of the company. They need to sell it to sell their shares in the open market if they wish to get rid of it
Share holders also cannot ask for dividends as it is the decision of the company to release it if required

Trading are basically done within a day (Intraday) & derivatives (within days) to meet short term goals

DEMAT – De-materialized form of our shares in electronic form is stored in NSDL / CSDL & is viewed via the DEMAT A/c. The account is directly connected to NSDL & the brokers have no interface inbetween
