The share will be allotted to the person who quoted the highest price, but the highest selling price only charged for the shares.
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Shares will be trade as per sellers best selling price on the current market price .</p>
If I quote high price to buy a stock compared to its current market price, then trade will take place at the price quoted by first seller (lowest value in ask price column in market window) and no extra money will be charged. (No one can control the market)
If you quote high market price than current one, then your order will be executed immediately with the best seller at the current time.
