If a stock is priced high when i’m buying, then I will be given the first preference. While, If i have priced the stock high when I’m selling, I will be the least preferred.

i will be in the no.1 position for trading because of the higher price i will be considered first and my order will be executed.

The buyer will be first choice in the buyers list as the price is quoted higher than market price. Sellers would be willing to sell at the price quoted by the buyer. The order will be executed immediately.

- Order will not be accepted if there is any circuit restriction
- If order is accepted, trade will be executed immediately (provided sellers are available) at the best ask price among all the current seller asking prices.
