call option – buyer has the rights to buy
put option- buyer has the rights to sell
there is no obligation in both the cases.

order can be placed online in the recent trends and there are 2 types buy order and sell order , and order can be placed from mng 9:30 to eve 3:30 , in case of equity when there is a short position the shares should be bought within the same day

stock trading is both. depending upon the risk and reward it is calculated, if there is more risk than the reward then it is gambling, if the risk is less than the reward then it is business.

TRADE PLAN is about what shares are to be bought/sold, when to be bought/sold, are we going to do INTRA DAY or POSTIONAL TRADE etc. so that we could invest accordingly. it helps not to lose money as it is planned act.

in case of IPO: the price is decided by the company.
and in case of secondary market the share price are decided by the buyers and sellers.

yes it is possible. but there should be settlement of stocks so it clearly says that intra day trading is not possible. and the shares should be traded in the both the stock exchanges and the broker should be regd. in both the stock exchanges.

stock exchange collect money as a cation deposit from the brokers in case any default by there clients. SEBI would take money from the brokers account and solve the issue. and the broker may get the money back frm his client
