Long position is created with buy order.
Short position is created with sell order.
Long unwinding is the sell order in the the long position.
Short covering is the buy back order in the short position. -

Stock exchange gets caution deposit from brokers at the time of their registration. In case of any settlement dispute between the buyer and seller, the exchange does the settlement with the money from the caution deposit.

The price you have quoted is taken in the sense as you are willing to go up to this price.So the deal will happen at the best offer price available.
if u r ready to buy a share at 2000
and best seller is available at 200 , then the deal will happen at 200 -

Business – Expecting Return is greater than Risk Taken (risk<reward).
Gambling – Taking Risk without knowing the amount of return (risk>reward).

It is possible only through positional trading on the condition of availability of stocks of that particular company in both the exchanges

Orders are placed online through a trading platform provided by stock broker.
There are 2 types of orders. Buy order and sell order.
- For future &option the validity depends on the contract.
- For intra day trading validity expires on the same date.
