Positional analytical methods are tested analysis methods on a weekly monthly and yearly frame rather than within a day
so it is most reliable on longer trades than intraday

Relative strength index is a type of indicator which identifies overbought and oversold stocks.
it is measured on a scale of 0-100. If the stock goes above 70 it is considered overbought and we can sell when it comes back to 70 again.
when the stock goes below 30 it is considered oversold and when it comes back to 30 we can place buy order

a candlestick doesnt overlap even a bit of previous days candlestick therefore forming a gap between the two trading periods. It can be identified as non trading period or a very high difference between open and close price between two trading periods.

Hammer and hanging are trend reversal patterns
