Candle sticks are a type of charts which indicates highest, lowest, starting and closing trade in a single candle stick for a particular time period. Usually candle stick analysis is used for trades within a week time .green stick indicates bullish and red stick indicates bearish. Candle sticks are available in time periods of minutes, hours and days.

The price pattern looks like a flag. With a steeper pole and a rectangle flag. Duration 3-7 days
Flag should not drift
volume low at rectangle flag and high only at positive breakout .

It is reversal head and shoulders with two bottoms as shoulders and head in between being the lowest bottom

It is a formation of two tops like shoulders with a head in between being the higher top
duration 3 months volume should be high at left shoulder
bearish trend identified when there is a breakout at the neckline of the right shoulder

movement in a triangle shape indicating that both buyers and sellers are strong
minimum 45 days to form the triangle
triangle breaks at 70% zone of the triangle
high volume at break out point
bullish and bearish depending on the upward or downward breakout

Entry price when price breaks down the neck of the right shoulder
stop loss is the top of the right shoulder
exit price is the difference between entry and stop loss.

Cup pattern usually takes more than 6 months or years to be formed.
a rounding bottom is identified during this time period with low volume and no aggressive buying.
once the price breaks the handle of the cup a bullish trend is identified.

depending on the type of pattern and when all the conditions are met (time , volume, the appropriate pattern) we create long or short positions after the breakout point of the particular pattern by setting target profit and stop loss.

Double bottom indicates a strong resistance zone.
two equivalent bottoms
with minimum 20-30 days time between them
high volume at second bottom
when price moves past the level of previous top a bullish trend is identified.

When two equivalent tops are formed next to each other around the same price with a minimum duration of 20-30 days between the tops, it is a double top.
volume should be higher at the second top or at the level of previous bottom. A short position can be created when these conditions are matched.

Higher bottom – higher top sequence with high volume indicates bullish view where demand is high
lower top- lower bottom sequence with high volume indicates bearish view where supply is greater than demand.

lower bottom – lower top (bearish) with high volume is the time to sell at break out point.
