order is placed through softer ware provided by broker or phone call to broker. order are two types. buy or sell.
we can place a order on portal which is provided by the broker.

Validity of orders : order expires when it executed or end of the trading day time which ever is earlier.
The order will be placed through online software which is meant for trading. It is of two types: buy order and sell order. Either it is a buy order or sell order, if the quoted price matches the market price, or else if the buyer’s bid matches the seller’s price, it will be executed. Until that order becomes valid.
During online trading the buyer quotes for the bid price, and simultaneously the seller quotes for the ask price . When their
quotes gets triggered , the orders were placed . Then validity of the order expires if the order is placed or the end of business
hours of the trading day.
