    we have to place order to our broker and broker takes order to the exchange and deal take place

    types of order is buy and sell

    validity is up to market time if is executed deal done if it is not then the order cancel after the market closes

    AN order has the following data
    1 buy /sell/stop order
    2 number of shares
    3 name of the firm
    4 price at which it has to be executed taking into account the CMP OF THE SHARE
    types of order BUY ORDER SELL ORDER STOP LOSS ORDER
    THE order is valid till the business hours of the day on which it is put

    * Order can either be placed online  or through contacting the broker over the phone.

    * Only two types of orders recognized by the exchange are Buy & Sell (Rest of the options like ShortSell, BTST are provided by the brokers for their clarity)

    * GFD – Good for Day (order is valid till the EOD); GTD – Good Till Date (Valid till the specified date); GTC – Good Till Cancelled (Valid till cancelled)

    Order can be placed through a broker, who holds the particular share traders money.
    The two types of orders are buy and sell order.
    If the buyer and seller price meets the order is executed with respect to quantity. There is no specific validity for the order.
