people choose stock trading to make money quick.
we don’t know the future.
why to take overnight risk.
so why hold on to a position.
in trading we can make money even if the stock price is falling down.

market order, stop loss order, limit order.
validity can be until the order is executed or till the end of trading day.

we can not be correct always in trading, so to restrict our loss we need our rules which will protect our capital.

It sees that there is no cheating with the shareholder.

promoters :- those who promote a company. invested initially.

IPO stands for initial public offering. When a company wants to take money from public for using it to grow the business,it does so by giving them partial ownership in the company & in return takes money from public.
We can apply for an IPO through our broker.
