If I quote the very highest price than the market price then I don’t need to stand in queue and my trade takes place with the one who stands first in the seller queue at sellers rate

In terms of stock market
Investment means buying a share to hold for a longtime like a period of years expecting a huge profit.
Trading means frequently buying and selling shares even within a day to make profit or to avoid loss.

The person who has some shares in the company is known as shareholder of the company. One who promotes that company is known as promoter, he may be the founder of that company. Director or CEO is the employee of the company who plans the daily programs and growth of company he may have the significant amount of shares.

Shareholders have no rights to ask for refunds. At the same time he can get money by selling it at the market

First of all its name itself gives its popularity “NATIONAL” ie not restricted with a regional name so that whole nation is interested in it.
Next its special features (options & futures),online technology, improved transparency which were introduced earlier than BSE made it more popular
