The area gap is formed between 2 consecutive candle sticks in the non trending area and should be covered in the near term. Can you please recheck this analysis.

The flag pattern is usually formed within a short period(10 to 15 days). The sideways movement should not have many ups and downs. I think that in this analysis the sideways movement is slightly upward.

Intraday position should be closed on same day since the market sentiments and trend may change the next day. If a short position is created in intraday and if it is not closed then the trader is subjected for a penalty.

Golden mean is the ratio of the fibonacci number divided by its previous fibonacci number. It is approximately 1.618.

Technical indicators are mathematical calculations based on historic price and volume. Indicators behave differently for different stocks. Hence one cannot make decision based on a single indicator. Indicators should always be combined with analysis for better results.

Relative Strength Index / RSI is computed based on the speed and direction of the stock’s price movement. It ranges from 0 to 100. If the RSI is below 30 then it is buying zone.
