Considering the Asia and UK market timing, 10 to 11.30 AM and 1.30 to 2.45 PM are the good time for trading in indian market for intraday.

The IDEAL time for trading Intraday would be between 10 am to 11.30 am in the morning and between 1.30 pm to 2.45 pm in the afternoon.

11.00 A.M is the ideal time to ENTER in intra day trade and 3.00 P.M is the MAXIMUM CUT OFF TIME TO EXIT
Because by 11.00A.M the impulsiveness of the market will be over and by 3.00 P.M the panic/greed of the closing time is yet to come

As per the Global markets is considered,for Indian markets the Ideal time for Trading is morning 10AM to 11AM and in afternoon 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
