    No, the share holders doesn’t have the rights to ask for refund but he is free to transfer his share in the market.

    It is up to the company to offer dividends to their share holders.<b></b><i></i><u></u>

    A Share holder doesnot have any rights to ask for refund. But he can transfer his shares to others and get money..

    A shareholder has no right to ask for a refund. He also has no rights to ask for dividends but if a company does issue them then he will be getting the cash equivalent to the number of shares he holds.

    No, they don’t have rights to ask refund or dividends of the share. Since, the amounts have been invested in business, whereas they were allowed to exchange the share to other interested party via SHARE MARKET
