Share holder has no right in asking for refund nor the dividends.

Dividends are declared by the companies.

    • No way to ask for a refund; Can sell the shares in the exchange in which the company is listed.
    • Dividend declaration is the decision made by the company; Shareholder has no say on that.

Shareholder does not have the rights to ask refund. Instead of that he can resell the shares to someone who willing to buy but the price mutually agreed by both of them.
He cannot ask for dividends, this is solely decided by the company.

Share holder can sell the share in secondary market and price would be paid to him in either (T+1) days. Dividends are declared by the company. Its a company’s decision to declare dividend to the shareholders. Shareholders can question the same during the AGM meet as part of their right.
