    Shareholder – is the owner of the company.

    Promoters -a person who promoted the business not essentially the owner of the company

    Directors-persons who run the company or manage the company not essential to hold any shares in the company.

    Share Holder : Is the one who  holds shares of the company in the Secondary Market, their role is in Trading (Buying & Selling) of Shares, & have  rights to bonus & dividends.

    Promoter : Invest Capital in establishing the Company, Role to invite Public to buy Shares, but does not have rights to run the company.

    Director : A Director is the one who runs the company, takes all the decisions & works as an employee of the company.

    Shareholders are investors of the company, who hold shares and are the owners of the company. They are entitled to dividends and bonuses.

    A promoter is a person responsible for the initial establishment of the company, who may or may not hold shares. A promoter takes the initiative to invite the public to buy shares.

    A director is a person appointed by the shareholders to run the company on behalf of them. A director may or may not be the owner of the company. A director is important to make decisions regarding the issue of dividends or bonds to its shareholders.

    Share holders are the owners of the company. They have agreed to invest in that company,  in return they will get a ‘share’ of the profit of the company.

    A promoter is the person who mooted the idea of the company, who may sell his rights of the company if he got a good price at a later date. The director is the person who runs the company, who may also have shares of the company.
