Share holder – A person who owns the shares (bought the shares through primary / secondary market), he has the rights to sell or buy any stock from the market and have power to select/reject the company director
Promoter – Is a person who influence people to invest in a company
Director – Is the owner the company MD or CEO, who runs the show, his responsibility is to bring the company in to more profit make able company
