We don’t know whether the stocks are going up or going down.With proper analysis one can actually predict the stocks whether it is going to move up or move down but not 100% .With analysis one can derive whether demand is high or supply is high.We Can derive Risk and reward from that with that one can limit the loss.

Analysis is required to determine the risk reward ratio. For trading analysis is required else it becomes gambling than business.
