Moving average works effectively in the trending period. When the price goes above the average line then the stock is bullish.And when the price goes below the average line then the stock is bearish.

RSI is relative strength index . It works effectively in non-trending period .There are two lines 70 mark and 30 mark.
When the price goes above the 70 mark then it is overbought then the price may fall.
when the price goes below the 30 mark then it is oversold then the price may go up.

Technical analysis is a ready made analysis which can be read easily.There are two types of technical analysis moving average, relative strength index.
Moving average is effective in trending period
Relative strength index is effective in non-trending period

AREA GAP:
when the gap occurs in the non-trending area then it is called area gap.It will be filled in the near future.
BREAKOUT GAP:
This the beginning of a new trend.It appears after a non trending or a trending area.This cannot be filled because the counter part is powerful.Volume should be high during the Breakout gap.

Bullish piercing:Piercing pattern is the increase in price after a recent fall .The body should cover the previous low and 50%of the previous body.The upper tail should be small.Long position can be created when it gone passes the previous day high.Stop loss is the piercing day low.Target is the same as the inverse of stop loss.

Hammer and hanging man are the reversal of trends
Hammer appears after a gradual decrease in price
Hammer man tail should be two times of the body and head should be small.
