Positional analytical methods are for long term .Intraday analysis is only for a day based on the sentiments of the market.

Intraday analysis is done for buying and selling the shares on same day.It is different from positional analysis because only price and volume and sentiments of market for that day is only considered in this.

Intraday position should be closed on the same day because of the price uncertainity. Intra day price is moved by emotions of the market.

RSI is a momentum oscillator indicator which means it tracks the recent rate of rise or fall in the stock price movement based on the recent close prices.It is calculated using the following formula.
RSI=100-100(1+RS) where RS=relative strength.
RSI crosses down 70 mark,it is overbought and it crosses upside 30 marks,it is oversold.

Conditions:-
1) The recent fall in price should be witnessed.
2) The latest bullish body should cover the previous days bear body
3) The slight increases in trading volume is expected during last two days.
Entry-when price crosses previous high.

Piercing pattern is a reversal candlestick pattern which is bullish in nature and appears at the end of a down trend.
Conditions:-
1) The body should cover the previous days low.
2) Todays body should cover at least 50% of mark of previous body.
3) The upper tail should not be very high.
Should enter when the price crosses the previous high.

A doji is formed when the opening price and closing price are equal. Doji with the high volume indicates the trend reversal,but you have to wait for the confirmation on the next day.Long or short position can be created depends obn the trend of the market.
