relative strength index works exceptionally well when price moving side wise .
if price moves down the line of 30 then it consider as over sold now price may move up so we can make long position when price goes up to 30 again
if price goes of the mark of 70 then it is considered as overbought now we can make short position when price returns to 70

when current candle stick covers up previous one completely it is said to be engulfing pattern
– recent price fall/rise should be there
-volume is expected to raise
– previous body must covered fully by current one
buy when price is goes higher then previous high
sell if price goes down the previous low

it a trend reversal pattern when current candle covers low of previous day and covers about 50-70 % of previous candle and high is small relatively. buy when price goes beyond previous high sell out if price goes lower then previous low or on achieving target.

when doji appears after major price fall it said to be morning star and when it appears after major price rise it is evening star . create long position after after morning star and short after evening star.

doji means neutral(opening and closing point is very close) it gives sign of trend reversal when ever appears with high volume. when ever appears after downfall create long position and short when appears after climbing price. ignore if price shift happen.

double top/double bottom – create long or short position when previous top or bottom breaks
triangle- sell when triangle breaks down and buy when opposite happens
flag – long position when trend goes bullish
head and shoulder – when price breaks neck line
cup – when tend goes bullish after long bottom section
