its is reversed of usual of head and shoulder where head is the lowest point and if the price graph brakes the neckline and gives a gain in price further it is said to be bullish trend

when a two equivalent tops appears in minimum 1 month period while taking account of only major tops and bottoms it is identified as double top. now if the price pattern brakes the previous bottom line the trend is called as bearish trend and we can make short position.

flag pattern is identified when a strong buying happens in market during 2-3 days and a consistent fight with good volume happen with minimal price change during 5-7 days and flag should not drift low . when break out happen volume should be low because because seller will lose its strength and a positive breakout is expected.

triangle pattern is price pattern which shows a equal strength fight between buyer and seller with good volume during 45 days in which the tops and bottoms are tend to converge during 45 days and gives a positive or negative brake out since the fight between buyer and seller are difficult to guess who is strong.

resistance – it is the price level after which there will be less buyers and the possibility of price increase is very less naturally because demand decrease
support – unlike resistance at this level there wont be any seller to sell at lower price hence naturally supply will decrease and falling price any further is less probable

-take two yrs of line chart of desired company
-mark major tops and bottoms and specify them as HT,HB,LT,LB as observed
– now if we find consecutive HT/HB pattern with good volume it is bullish trend
– if we find LT/LB pattern with good volume it is bearish trend

its limitation is that it can not be used for intraday. since it is based on demand and supply it becomes base for much of the theories proposed after that.
