Inverted head and shoulders determine a trend reversal of head and shoulders.

    conditions:

    • Left shoulder, head and right shoulder all are pointing downwards
    • Head should be the bottom
    • right shoulder will have less volume
    • Trader should create long position when it crosses neckline.

Inverted Head and Shoulder is the opposite of normal of Head and Shoulder ie Normal Head and shoulder is distribution pattern and inverted Head and shoulder is Accumulation pattern.

The duration is again 3 months

In this the volume should be high in Left shoulder and high during right shoulder where the buying will be higher

We can create a long position when it crosses the neck line

its is reversed of usual of head and shoulder where head is the lowest point and if the price graph brakes the neckline and gives a gain in price further it is said to be bullish trend
