    ipo is initial offer to invester by a company to collect the money for the expansion of a company.it is applied through online as well as through physical form during offer period.

    Initial public offer – When the company need huge capital for expansion or start the business they will collect capital from public through issuing certificate of ownership for the amount they have invested in the company.

    Company advertise about the decision about the IPO

    Public or Institution has to apply for the IPO if it qualify on basis of shares quantity and bid price. The certificate of share will be issued after getting the payments and agreement is signed.

    Depend upon the profit the company make, the dividend will be shared among the shareholder.

    IPO is Initial public offering  Company raises equity capital by issuing shares for the first time. For applying IPO first we have to open a Demat account with trading access. Then we have to send the filled application after reading the  terms and conditions of the company.

    there are two modes to apply 1. Offline 2. Online

    Offline: > Get the IPO application form through a share broker or investment consultant >Once you get the form, you have to fill it, remit the amount after calculating the number of shares applied for in the bank that is designated in the form as collecting centre for that IPO

    Online: Open DEMAT Account > SEBI Advises to get the allotment in demat form as the shares in IPO are tradable only in demat segment in the stock exchanges. Dealing of physical shares (allocated in IPO) is not accepted – As per SEBI
