    IPO means Initial Public Offering

    IPO is done by companies that comes into the stock market for the first time to raise funds from public. They in turn provide share certificates.

    IPO can be through primary markets. In primary market, it is done by huge advertisements and people who are interested in investing in the company need to fill in form and send along with a cheques or DD of appropriate amount.

    IPO means Intial Public Offer.

    When a company requires a huge working capital for their business expansion,for the first time they ask the public to invest in their business,in exchange they will give shares to the public is called INTIAL PUBLIC OFFER.

    Company will furnish all necessary information along with the application form.

    IPO is Initial Public Offering is the issue of shares to the public and listing of stock exchanges.
    The process of applying for IPO is to log in to the trading platform and select a choice of company in the IPO sectio. Then enter the number of lots and price we wish to. Then enter UPI ID click on submit and an order will be placed. So notification will be received to block funds and we need to approve it. So the required amount will be blocked in the bank account. On allotment block amount will be deducted and shares will be credited into Demat account. The extra amount of shares applied will not be allotted and will get unblocked.
