Shareholders has no rights to ask for refund.and they can’t ask for dividents because the companies before buy a shares that time they told all the details dividents also perentage given to seller. after trading the buyer don’t ask for divident.

Sebi always regulate the stock exchange activities. sebi is only give to permission for IPO business process, sebi check all the business details then only promoter start a business. In stock market exchange, investors,brokers,promoters all the characters should be followed for sebi rules and regulations.
