    we can classify the share market into two divisions.those are primary market and secondary market.if a company wants to expand its business it offers its shares to the investors with or without preimium in primary  market.Later it list its company in any registered exchange like nse or bse those are called secondary market.

    initial public offering is the obbrevation of IPO.companies which want to expand their business needs funds.they offer their shares to public inorder to get the attention from the public they explain all the profits and business scope of company to public.

    We need stock market to buy or sell whatever shares we have.there is no need to company to buyback or sell its shares directely.

    All needy  persons go to stock market to get good prices for their shares.

    Stock maket is a place where stocks are traded.

    any person can quote his price.the price is fixed by market.SEBI is the regulatory of stock market.

    A person who purchased and holding company equity shares is called shared holder.A person who promoted a company is called promoter.Genarally a promoter holds lot of shares in a company but it is no compulsory.A directer is a person who is efficient in knowledge to keep a company in profits.some times directors are appointed from family relations though they are not good enough in running a company.                                                                                                        A share holder has a right to receive bonus,dividend and company alerts.He has the right to sell his equity whenever he needs money or if he lost a good impression over company.
