IPO ,initial public offering, is the first sale of stock by a company to public
Need to fill IPO application form which are available at banks, broking agencies and remit the amount after calculating the number of shares applied for in the bank that is designated in the form as collection centre for the IPO.
IPO:
IPO (Initial Public Offer). when i company is ready to share the profit of business and in return the company expects some capital to be invested by the public, that is where an company is ready to go to the public. So, for the first time if the company goes to the public it is termed to be IPO.
Process for applying:
Need to fill the form(IPO application form) which we can get through various places like outside the stock market, share brokers, investment consultants, various banks. else, you can very well consult with the people in SEBI.
Once you get the form, completed the filling process, enter the amount of money that is in need of the company and calculate the number of shares and submit in the collecting center for that particular IPO.
It will be reviewed and may be approved.
initial public offering is the obbrevation of IPO.companies which want to expand their business needs funds.they offer their shares to public inorder to get the attention from the public they explain all the profits and business scope of company to public.
Ipo means initial public offer , when the company for the first time issues shares to the public in the primary market it is known as ipo .
The company issues prospectus which contains the details regarding the company to advertise about the company to the public, if we are interested in investing in the company we can fill the form and quote the required no. of shares required through your demand account.
