Pro – We can strongly go ahead and make the decision as the analysis have covered all the fundamental concepts of the company, economy and Industry.
Cons – Not available to everyone at the same time and it is very time consuming process and costlier in terms of investment.

Pro – Does not require any investment to do the analysis. Inputs are globally available at the same time to everyone so manipulation is not possible.
Cons – Not advisable for long term investment. Also as we did not know the fundamental information, we might not know whether the company is fundamentally strong or not.

Future contract is a contract where a buyer and a seller agrees for a deal i.e to buy and sell some shares at a price on a future date. Here both buyer and seller have rights and obligations.

To make the settlement in a smoother way. In case of derivatives market, cash compensation happens on a daily basis and exchange will take care of that from caution deposit made by the buyer and the seller.
