The advantage of equity market is that the settlement will be done on the same day of deal.The trader will become owner of the share on that day itself.
The disadvantage is that it requires full amount for the settlement.
One can become owner on the same day and can create our own positions.
But the full amount has to be settled and risk factors can be high if done without knowledge
Pro – Settlement happens at the same day of trading.
Cons – 100% investment is needed to trade as well as short covering has to happen before the closing time of the stock market to avoid penalty.
Pros & cons
It’s a combination of Technical & luck to become a beneficiary and Investment is needed at the time of transaction.
Market can’t be predicted 100% through technical evaluation.
