A head and shoulder pattern ha been observed in ACC. The volume trader in the LS and the head is unusually high and the volume traded in the RS is comparatively low and is followed by bearish trend.

Because the intraday trading has more dependence upon the market sentiment at that point of time. This is different as the market sentiment keep changing constantly. Thus positional trading analysis techniques cannot be applied to the intraday trading.

It is mandatory only in case of a short position and it’s not otherwise. But the analysis we use for intraday trading is different from that of positional trading in which case it’s not smart move to hold the stock for more than one day.

An RSI is a relative strength index that is used to detect overbought and oversold levels. It ranges from 0 to 100 in which the movement below 30 is Where the stock is over soldAnd the movement above 70 is where the stock is over bought and 50 is neutral. The movement from 30 to 70 is considered bullish and the movement from 70 to 30 is bearish.

A moving average is the line connecting the points obtained which are averages of prices within a particular term. If the trend is above the line then it’s bullish while below it is bearish. It is not good in case of sideways movement.

When there is a significant gap between two consecutive candles. i.e. When today’s open and is way above previous day’s top or if it is way below previous day’s low which results in a gap between the two candles. This gap helps us to get a clear picture about the strength of the trend.
